How to find your client information (Client ID and serial #)
It is important to have your client information handy if you need to email our support staff with technical questions. Your client information includes your computer's serial number and your Client ID number. These numbers allow our support staff to give more complete and accurate answers. If you purchased your computer through a reseller and have not registered your warranty, you must do so to obtain a Client ID number.
